What happens in a Welcome Consultation?
Our Welcome Consultation is for first-time clients. Returning clients book a Treatment Consultation.
Personal Consultation – During your Welcome Consultation, an expert doctor will review your health, wellbeing goals, lifestyle, and any medical considerations, and allow time for you to reflect. This ensures a safe, personalised IV plan aligned with your desired outcomes.
Same Day – Where clinically appropriate (which is usual practice), your Welcome Consultation and first treatment may be carried out on the same day.
Signposting – We may signpost you to NHS or other services if an alternative, more appropriate way forward for you is identified. With your permission, we may also contact your GP if necessary to confirm suitability.
How much time will be provided to complete a Welcome Consultation?
Timing – Welcome consultations take around 30 minutes, but timings vary according to individual needs.
Adaptations and Modifications
Adjustments – Please let us know if you require accessibility adjustments, including modifications to any information format. We endeavour to optimise your bespoke client experience wherever possible.
Treatment Consultations
Returning clients – For all returning clients a ‘Treatment Consultation’ is built into your therapy time. These are quick catch ups and tend to be much shorter meeting than the initial Welcome Consultation. This is required by law before each treatment and is important to ensure you receive the safest and most effective FLAVIR therapy experience.
And Finally…
Wellness Ethos – Our services are solely designed with your whole wellbeing in mind and are not intended to be used for medical purposes. We champion safety and quality above all else ensuring your FLAVIR therapy experience is safe, luxurious and entirely centred around you. We work hard to maintain the highest standards in the industry which align with the CQC’s five key domains; Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led.
