What happens in a Welcome Consultation?
Our Welcome Consultation is for first-time clients. Returning clients book a Treatment Consultation.
During your Welcome Consultation, an expert doctor will review your health, wellbeing goals, lifestyle, and any medical considerations, and allow time for you to reflect. This ensures a safe, personalised IV plan aligned with your desired outcomes.
Where clinically appropriate (which is usual practice), your Welcome Consultation and first treatment may be carried out on the same day.
We may signpost you to NHS or other services if an alternative, more appropriate way forward for you is identified. With your permission, we may also contact your GP if necessary to confirm suitability.
How much time will be provided to complete a Welcome Consultation?
Each initial consultation takes around 30 minutes, but timings vary according to individual needs.
Adaptations and Modifications
Please let us know if there is any way we may adjust accessibility according to your needs and requirements, as well as any modifications to the format of information provided to you which you would find helpful.
Treatment Consultations
For all returning clients we automatically book you a ‘Treatment Consultation’ prior to your therapy, which may be a much shorter meeting than the initial Welcome Consultation. This is required by law before each treatment. It is important to make sure nothing has changed with regards to your goals, preferences or health status.
