1. Welcome Consultation
After going through a brief health screen and booking via our website or by contacting us, your journey begins with a dedicated face-to-face consultation led by a FLAVIR doctor. We may contact you in advance to clarify details and check requirements and preferences to ensure the session runs smoothly.
During the Welcome Consultation, we take time to understand your health, wellbeing goals, lifestyle, and any medical considerations and give you time to process your preferences. This ensures we create a personalised IV plan that is both safe and aligned with the results you’re looking to achieve.
It is possible to carry out the Initial Welcome Consultation and your first treatment on the same day. For return clients, a Treatment Consultation will be built into each subsequent therapy session, to catch up and your check health status has not changed, but is much briefer, depending on needs.
2. A Thoughtfully Prepared Treatment Experience
Additional Services: Our clients are able to enjoy upgraded services including our mobile concierge service, an express service or comfort service. Whether you choose to receiving your infusion at home, in a hotel, or at your workplace, as a sped-up convenient experience, or a more relaxed comfort service, we ensure our service is suitable for all.
Visit us in our iconic Harley Street clinic, or at one of our local independent settings in the Suffolk countryside, the choice is yours. You’ll be received with a warm FLAVIR welcome in a relaxed and professional environment.
Enhance your FLAVIR therapy with an optional ‘add-on’. We call these our Boosters which are either an intravenous ‘Chaser’ or an intramuscular ‘Booster’. These are designed to complement your chosen IV therapy, or ‘Cocktail’.
3. A Comfortable, Supervised Infusion
Your infusion is administered by a highly qualified, FLAVIR doctor and will typically lasts 30–60 minutes, depending on your chosen formula. Our Express Service aims to deliver your infusion within 20 minutes, while our luxury NAD+ Energy infusion will be a 3 hour luxury session.
Whether experiencing your IV therapy individually or with your friends/colleagues/teammates, we will create an environment that suits you.

We monitor you throughout to ensure your comfort, adjusting the flow rate or pausing if needed.
4. Gentle Sensations You May Notice
Most clients experience minimal discomfort. Occasional sensations — such as a mild cooling or warming feeling, or a faint vitamin taste — are completely normal and transient. If you have any needle-related anxiety, you’ll be able to pre-book our Comfort Service, where you can choose from our various topical anaesthetic agents, engage in grounding techniques, or simply enjoy a slower, more mindful approach.
5. Aftercare and The FLAVIR Finish
Once your infusion is complete, you can return to your day immediately. We’ll provide simple aftercare advice, hydration guidance, and, if appropriate, recommendations for maintaining your results.
Clients who receive regular treatments will also have scheduled check-ins to ensure your plan remains safe, realistic, and effective. We may contact you, with your permission, for feedback about your experience and our services.
